Virpie’s internal team is comprised of staffing industry experts, each with at least 10 years of experience in Information Technology. Dr. Fred McKinney, Board of Directors
Dr. McKinney is the President of the Connecticut Minority Supplier Development Council (CMSDC), a non-profit organization based in Hamden, CT. Their mission is to significantly increase procurement opportunities for certified minority business enterprises. He is also a partner with the economic consulting firm of BJM Solutions, LLC, an economic consulting company specializing in financial and housing market analysis. In 2004, Dr. McKinney was appointed by Governor M. Jodi Rell to serve on the Task Force for Procurement Reform for the State of Connecticut. Dr. McKinney has served on many boards of directors, and is currently Chairman of the Board of the Gateway Community College Foundation, Chairman of the Distribution Committee and Board member with the Greater Bridgeport Area Foundation, a member of the Greater New Haven Regional Leadership Council, a member of the board of the Greater New Haven Chamber of Commerce, Co-Chairman of BusinessLINC Connecticut, and a member of the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston Community Advisory Board.
Anthony Rescigno, Board of Directors
Anthony Rescigno has been President of the Greater New Haven Chamber of Commerce for the past seven years. Prior to joining the Chamber, he was First Selectman of the Town of North Haven, CT for eleven years. In his role of First Selectman, Tony managed a $60 million budget, and was able to keep taxes at the same mill rate from the time he was first elected until he left office in 2000. Tony also spent 18 years in the concrete business right in CT, where he held several different management positions ending up as President of the company's subsidiary. Tony serves on several For Profit, Non-profit, and utility boards.
Shre Thammana, President
Srivinas Thammana (Shre) is the Founder of Virpie Inc and responsible for the development of strategic partnerships and reseller agreements with companies internationally. With his MBA and more than twenty years of experience in staffing, information technology, marketing, and international business he has grown Virpie to be an international INC 500 company. Shre has pioneered an In-Shoring model and brought work back to United States, during one of the worst economic climates in over 70 years. Shre is an entrepreneur with global business knowledge in a variety of industries including IT, pharmaceutical, medical, and construction.
Krishna Vuppala, PhD Director, Product and Technology
Innovation
Krishna has over 14 years of experience in development of
strategic and innovative software products and technologies.
Krishna has successfully obtained several millions of dollars of
funding through SBIR program and has been instrumental in
developing those ideas in to products. Krishna has lead several
small to large developmental efforts during his career at major
corporations to start-ups. Krishna has done Masters from IIT
Mumbai and PhD(EE) from Illinois Institute of Tech, Chicago.
Krishna currently leads the innovation efforts of Virpie's
products and technologies.
Jesse Kreidler, Vice President, Sales
Jesse brings more than eleven years experience in the staffing industry. He has worked in roles including branch manager and account executive. He managed the P/L of a $4M branch office of a $40M international staffing firm prior to joining Virpie. In addition to experience in staffing, Jesse served 8 years in the Air National Guard (U.S. Air Force).
Lyndal Kreidler, Director of Recruiting and Operations
Lyndal brings ten years experience in the staffing industry. She has worked in roles including regional manager, branch manager and technical recruiter for a $60M international staffing company. In addition to experience in staffing, Lyndal has experience providing technical management and assistance in a variety of environments. Lyndal has extensive international business experience working in both large and small organizations in several countries.
Mary Walker, Director of Sales - East
Mary has over fifteen years of human resources experience. Prior to joining our firm, she was vice president, human resources and administration for a $60M publicly traded software company in Boulder, Colorado. She has experience working on both sides of the recruiting process (client and vendor). She has experience in public international, private national, and non-profit organizations in the areas of legal, high tech, public health and consulting.
Greg Allen, Director of Sales - West
Greg brings over ten years of experience in the staffing industry. He has worked in roles which include both Account Executive as well as Technical recruiter. He has worked with companies from small start ups to large Fortune 500 companies. |
